Roan's basic attacks and Harrowing Strikes will add stacks of Chakra on the target. On the Xth stack, Roan deals X% bonus physical damage to them.
 
Q: Harrowing Strike
Roan throws a Chakram in a target direction, dealing X/X/X/X (+X% Strength) physical damage to the first enemy it hits. This will apply stacks of Chakra.
 
W: Close-Quarters Combat
Passively, triggering Roan's Static on an enemy destined will create a ring around them. If Roan stands in this ring, he gains X%/X%/X%/X% bonus Haste. Roan may activate this ability if he is within the ring, allowing him to dash in a target direction.
 
E: Chakra Burst
Roan bursts the area around him in dusk, dealing X/X/X/X (+X% Strength) physical damage and knocking away surrounding enemies.
 
R: Dusk Barrage
Roan throws a flurry of Chakrams in a target direction, dealing X/X/X/X (+X% Strength) physical damage to the first enemy hit per each strike. Roan may move around during this ability, but cannot auto-attack or cast any of his abilities.
